However, as a newly launched platform, our logistics and operations are continuously evolving.
The following outlines our delivery policy, designed to be transparent and customer-friendly while maintaining operational flexibility.
Delivery Coverage
SouqZone currently delivers to all seven Emirates within the UAE. However, some remote or hard-to-access areas
may experience limited service or extended delivery windows.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the time of confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions,
public holidays, or logistical constraints.

If there is a significant delay, our team will contact you via phone or email to provide updates.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery is available on orders above AED 100.
- For orders below AED 100, a flat delivery fee of AED 15 applies.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or out-of-city-limit locations.

Note: Free-delivery and fee thresholds may vary by campaign or location and will always be shown at checkout.
Delivery Slots
- We currently do not support time slot selection.

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
(excluding public holidays and Sundays).
Delivery Confirmation
- You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing your order.
- A notification will be sent via SMS or email when your order is out for delivery.
- Our delivery team may contact you prior to arrival to confirm delivery time.
Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt one more delivery or coordinate an alternative schedule.
- After two failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee may be charged.
Identity Verification
For certain orders, identity verification may be required (e.g., Emirates ID or passport) upon delivery.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled only within the UAE.
