3. Orders & Acceptance

• 3.1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Order confirmation will be sent via email.
• 3.2. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• 3.3. One-time purchases and subscriptions are both available. Subscription users can modify or cancel their plans through the dashboard.

4. Pricing & Payment

• 4.1. All prices are listed in AED and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• 4.2. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
• 4.3. Promotional offers or discounts may be subject to separate terms.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• 5.1. SouqZone delivers across all seven Emirates of the UAE.
• 5.2. Same-day delivery is available in select areas for orders placed before 12 PM. Otherwise, next-day delivery applies.
• 5.3. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen events.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• 6.1. Grocery items are returnable only if they are damaged, expired, or delivered in error.
• 6.2. Perishable items must be reported within 24 hours. Non-perishables are eligible for return within 7 days.
• 6.3. Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing an order. After that, we may not be able to modify or stop delivery.
• 6.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

7. Intellectual Property

• 7.1. All content on the SouqZone website (text, images, logos, code) is owned or licensed by SouqZone and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
• 7.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

• 8.2. We use secure systems and practices to protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

• 9.1. While we take all reasonable precautions, SouqZone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

• 10.1. We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or technical failures.
